Your meals are delivered right to you according to your selected dates – normally two slots to choose from:
(i) 11am-1pm and (ii) 4-6pm

Outstation

Orders with frozen meals will arrive in 1-3 working days later than the selected date.

Storage
Store the food at freezer and the shelf life is two months from when you receive the meals.

Reheat Methods
To reheat, you can follow the instruction on the package with 3 options.
Thaw the packages first and:

  1. Microwave for 3 minutes and add 30 seconds intermittently until it is hot.
  2. Steam the food for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Boil the food package in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes.
