If you’re not satisfied with your first order, call +(60)12-647 3438 within the first 3 days from when you receive the food. After confirmation, arrange with us to send the remaining food back for a full refund. For example, if you receive the food on Saturday, please inform us by the following Tuesday if you would like to initiate a return.
This Money-Back Guarantee is valid for first-time customers only. Limit one per customer.
All returning customers are ineligible for the Money-Back Guarantee. Please refer to below return/refund policy for plans purchased outside the Money-Back Guarantee.
Return / Refund Policy
The products we offer are perishable products, we cannot accept returns or delivery cancellations apart from the Money-Back Guarantee that we offer for first-time buyers.
If there are errors in your order placed, please inform us immediately (within 1 hour) after the order was placed.
If there are wrong items sent, missing items, or items delivered in damaged or spoilt condition, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the products. We will replace it with products with the same value. In the event that replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund to the originating credit card or bank account within 14 days from the date the refund is approved, for the items which are spoiled or damaged.
Diet Your Way does not take responsibility for the spoilt or damaged products due to incorrect information (delivery address and contact details) provided by you or no recipient receiving the parcel properly on the agreed delivery day.
