Delivery
(only for West Malaysia)
Klang Valley
Your meals are delivered right to you according to your selected dates – normally two slots to choose from:
(i) 11am-1pm and (ii) 4-6pm
Outstation
Orders with frozen meals will arrive in 1-3 working days later than the selected date.
Storage
Store the food at freezer and the shelf life is two months from when you receive the meals.
Reheat Methods
To reheat, you can follow the instruction on the package with 3 options.
Thaw the packages first and:
- Microwave for 3 minutes and add 30 seconds intermittently until it is hot.
- Steam the food for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Boil the food package in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes.
Diet Your Way meals are designed to fit a variety of lifestyles and health needs:
- Diabetes-friendly – All our meals are balanced with smart carbs, lean proteins, and fiber to help manage blood sugar levels.
- Lower sodium – We use low-sodium salt and soy sauce in our cooking. For even lower sodium intake, you can choose our 1000–1200 kcal per day plan.
- Allergies or restrictions – Simply WhatsApp us with your needs, and we’ll advise if we can accommodate your request.
