We will guide you on the calorie range that is suitable for you.
Meals are generally high in protein and calorie controlled to help you stay full for longer period of time.

Ordering is simple:

  1. WhatsApp us to order and we will guide you accordingly.
  2. If on website purchase, choosing:
    • Lunch & Dinner, Breakfast & Dinner (for Sahur & Iftar)
      Normally selection is based on menu given, however if want to choose meals, can WhatsApp us
    • À la carte (sahur or Iftar plan)
      Select your meals in the selection process

Delivery
(only for West Malaysia)

Your meals are delivered right to you according to your selected dates – normally two slots to choose from:
(i) 11am-1pm and (ii) 4-6pm

Outstation

Orders with frozen meals will arrive in 1-3 working days later than the selected date.

Storage
Store the food at freezer and the shelf life is two months from when you receive the meals.

Reheat Methods
To reheat, you can follow the instruction on the package with 3 options.
Thaw the packages first and:

  1. Microwave for 3 minutes and add 30 seconds intermittently until it is hot.
  2. Steam the food for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Boil the food package in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes.

Yes. the meals can be stored in the freezer, with up to 2 months shelf life from receiving.
